BIOGRAPHY

Originally from Australia, and with over 15 years experience in the international entertainment industry Samuel Joseph is a producer, artist manager, publicist and performer. He resides in London where he runs his production and entertainment PR operation, SAMUEL JOSEPH ENTERTAINMENT AND MEDIA GROUP.
 
In the mid 1990s he founded and ran Expressions Entertainment in his native Melbourne, which operated as a full service artist management and production company, programming entertainment in high profile venues and providing corporate entertainment consultancy to major hotel chains. In addition he personally managed the careers of a select roster of artists.
 
Based in London since 2005 he established SAMUEL JOSEPH ENTERTAINMENT AND MEDIA GROUP to produce theatre and live music events, and provide entertainment PR consultancy and artist management services.  His professional activity focuses primarily on his areas of passionate interest: musical theatre, cabaret and jazz genres, and international creative collaborations leveraging his extensive links with Australia and the US.
 
In 2008 he produced the sell-out season of ‘Good Thing Going’ featuring New York based cabaret artist Steve Ross at iconic cabaret venue Pizza on the Park, which was met with wide critical acclaim. In February 2009 he achieved equal success presenting the UK’s premier female jazz vocalist Claire Martin in a new show with iconic British classical and cinema composer Sir Richard Rodney Bennett. He also acts as UK representation for several internationally acclaimed artists.
 
He has developed a busy roster of PR clients and is actively involved in the development and realisation of several musical theatre projects.
 
As a performer Samuel is an accomplished pianist, and recipient of the 1993 Technics Australia ‘Young Performer of the Year’ award. He has performed throughout the world on tour, onboard luxury cruise ships and at the most exclusive venues in London including The Dorchester, The Barbican, Claridges and The Savoy, for clients such as the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall, The Sultan of Brunei and Michael Jackson. His 1998 recording Stolen Moments sold 8 000 copies throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia and continues to sell on itunes today [link?].
 
Samuel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media/Cinema (LaTrobe) and a Post Graduate Diploma of Arts and Entertainment Management (Deakin).
